Applications to UK Universities for Economics

Resources created by Tom Furber, an economics tutor.

Since I started studying Economics at Cambridge, I have been supporting students with the application process.

Particularly I have helped applicants mainly for Cambridge Economics and for economics applications to UK universities more broadly. I have also helped students applying to Oxford Economics and Management and PPE.

Tutoring and support for UCAS applications

I offer support for students applying for UK university courses for 2027 and 2028 admission.

  • This includes support for personal statements, admissions tests and interviews, with a focus on economics and related courses.
  • Students I have guided have received offers at Cambridge, Oxford and Russell Group universities.
  • I can support students in Year 12 or Year 13. However, typically the earlier the support starts, the more effective it will be on average.
